I have a great grandpa. My grandpa's not the kind to tell you how much he loves you but somehow you just feel the love. Everytime when he was informed that we'll be coming back to visit him, he'll make sure he get lots of stuffs prepared. From buying packets of tau foo fa to plucking riped coconut for us to eat/drink, or even buying us chips because that's what kids and teenagers eat nowadays. He spoils his grandchildren, always make sure we have lots to eat, and he even make sure he gives each of us some pocket money every time. "It's for you to buy stuffs to eat in school". That's what he'll always say. No matter how you ask him to keep the money, he'll resist to do so.
My grandpa is a brave man. There was once, a huge monitor lizard came into the grandparent's house and he managed to shooed him off without fear. I don't know about you but if I'm the one facing the lizard, I would run away as if a freaking dinosaur is chasing after me. But well, my grandpa has always been tough. He doesn't even need umbrellas when it's raining. That's a monitor lizard up there in case you haven't seen one before.
My grandpa is an animal lover. Besides watching the news every time, he also loves watching animal tv shows. He will sit there, gives his full concentration and gets all excited about it. Also, since he lives in a kampung, there'll be many dogs wandering around, some sick some hungry. My grandpa not having the heart to stand aside and do nothing everytime he sees them, will make sure he feeds them. He even named them.
One of the dogs. Apparently, the food there are supposed to be Baby's food but this newbie dog came and eat pfft. Baby is a dog who has really bad skin, red and teary eyes & he's sick. My grandpa took good care of Baby for quite a long time already. He doesn't only take good care of dogs, but cats too.
My grandpa likes offering help to people. After retiring, he volunteered to join the RELA. And he's proud that he's one of the RELA-ians. My grandpa can cook too. He makes the best stewed pork. :3 Okay, it feels as if I've just wrote and essay entitled 'Grandpa' dacrap you know like those UPSR essays like 'Aku sebatang pensel'.
